Whisk and mixing bowl in every box

Crepes Without
the Catch.

Dip the hot plate into your batter and lift it out. The batter spreads itself, cooks through in about twenty seconds, and slides onto the plate. Every step you have ever got wrong has been removed.

We Sell a Movement, Not a Surface.

Four reasons this works where a pan and a benchtop machine both let you down.

The Method Does the Skilled Part

Every crepe tutorial teaches you to judge a two-second window — pour, tilt, swirl, hope. Dip-and-lift deletes the window. The hot plate goes into the bowl and comes out evenly coated by surface tension, so there is no timing to misjudge and nothing that improves with practice.

It Never Meets a Spatula

Single-side heating cooks the crepe all the way through, so a paper-thin round never has to survive being turned. Nothing tears in mid-air, nothing folds back on itself, and the first two do not end up in the bin.

Four Crepes in the Time You Have

Ten seconds to heat and roughly twenty per crepe, with an auto-thermostat holding the plate steady between them rather than letting it drift. A stack for the table takes a few minutes, and the last one looks like the first.

Small Enough to Keep Using

Handheld, about a kilo, five centimetres deep. Benchtop griddles get used twice and then live in a cupboard, because getting one out is a decision. This wipes down and goes in a drawer, which is the whole difference between owning something and using it.

The real reason

Six Ways a Pan Lets You Down.

The batter will not spread. It tears on the flip. It sticks, and then you are scraping. It comes out thick and closer to a pancake. There is batter down the side of the hob. And the machine that would fix all of it is too bulky to leave on the counter.

Six familiar failures, and every one of them happens after the batter is made.

Fits your actual day

Fast Enough for a Weekday Morning.

Four crepes before the school run is a genuine claim, not a slogan. Ten seconds to heat, twenty seconds each, and one flat plate to wipe afterwards.

That is what turns crepes from a weekend project into something you can actually do on a Tuesday — and it is the only reason a kitchen gadget survives past February.

Out of the box

Everything You Need, in the Box.

The whisk and the mixing bowl come with it, so there is nothing else to order and no trip to the shops between opening it and using it.

Make the batter, press the single switch, wait for the light. Then dip, count to twenty, and serve. There is no dial, no setting and no manual worth keeping.

A gift that means it

A Present That Gets Used the Same Day.

Kitchen gifts have a reputation and most of it is earned — the spiraliser, the bread maker, the box still unopened in the loft. What separates the ones that stick is whether somebody can use it without reading anything first.

This arrives ready: plate, whisk, bowl. It gets unwrapped, plugged in and demonstrated inside a minute, and then they make crepes for whoever is in the room.
